Unusual, one off chunky decoupaged glass jar with glossy art prints from an vintage auction catalogue. Finished with decorators varnish, string binding on painted rim. The surface is not perfectly smooth, a textured affect is normal for this type of glossy paper and adds interest to the nautical theme but is secure and the finish is sealed. I always aim to post within two working days. Using Royal Mail 48 Tracked or International. I mostly pack with good condition recycled packing or new, boxes, paper, bubble wrap, tissue paper and padded packs.
All decoupaged items are not completely perfect, as they are handmade slight imperfections may be visible, great care is taken to give a wrinkle free surface, this is the nature of decoupage and does not alter the quality or secure finish of every item. Coasters are finished with two coats of heat and waterproof varnish which is a satin finish and barely visible. Other items are sealed and finished with decorators varnish and cured wax inside the painted boxes.
